On the political leanings of internet tools, I also had these tabs open, which could be a discussion for a whole different episode, on a Washington Post article about how Google and YouTube searches - in this case for conservative content again - can lead you to alternative news sites. That doesn't sound so bad when you say it like that, but it could include fake news sites, satire passing off as reality, or conspiracy/conjecture passing as reality. I haven't read these thoroughly yet, so I will return to them. Here's the full PDF report linked.
